At the risk of boring you all to death, this series exemplifies my passion for FS and aviation art. Previously only possible through the eyes of an artist and the skill of his hands, we now have a very unique capability of recreating history with virtual photo-real accuracy. Hollywood does a credible job if you don’t mind Jimmy Stewart playing Lindbergh, but we can do it using the real McCoy. This is a little series I did earlier this year of Charles Lindbergh’s Atlantic crossing. Using several screenshots of the Spirit of St Louis from FS9 merged with several photographs from the public domain and a lot of creative editing in Photoshop. The fact that we can do this fascinates me and his been the source of my motivation. Enjoy guys………… Ziggy

Very photo real Tom, excellent work.
If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Thanks guys for your very kind comments. This series is hardly what anyone could consider dynamic with lots of pizazz, borderline boring would probably be more descriptive, but I love doing them. Thanks again all............... Ziggy

Eh, I say (in this case type) what I think. (sadly in real life, I'm not able to think before I do all the time
)
And much like me with repainting.
And by the way, how on Earth (or saturn) did you manage to make them? I'm pretty sure you got a photo and pasted on, But I've NEVER seen FS be able to do that kind of 3D capability on an aircraft! How on Earth?!?! (or Jupiter)

Nice Work!
I've been banned for being an ill mannered imbecile with all the charm of a cocaine snorting Rottweiler.
I have difficulty seeing due to the massive floppy pink appendage growing out of my forehead and flopping in front of my eyes!
