You toast or warm up, you're just reheating what was already cooked and, as with spaghettios, somewhat mushified. Also, since you're not eating raw carrots or berries and relying on processed grasses, you are presenting yourself with an accumulating threat to future problems; as of about a decade ago, the highest increase of type 2 diabetes was with teenagers. Most of the preprocessed foods you mention have the spices, which you mention an adversion to, already added; the worse feature is when unnatural or artificial ingredients get added and, subsequently, mix and mingle within your body.
