Why Is there no Decent Freeware 767 for FSX with VC/sound/winglets. Can somebody make it!!

No, I don`t want anybody to think that i am a dictator. But i can`t imagine that nobody wants to spend $40 for payware 767. I just hoped that somebody is a good modelmaker and wants to make a 767. Sorry if I was a dictator
