I just did this and I'm now the happy owner of a FREE Hurricane, you have to make sure you enter the code and click APPLY THE CODE before you confirm your order! The price should say £0.00 and the bill should read.
Price £21.00
Discount £21.00
Total Cost £0.00

Then it will be free.

Entering you card details is normal you had to do this when CLS gave away the free Piper Archer III.

Ive checked my bank to and its not changed!

The discount goes through at the final stage.

The online shop doesn't know that the software is meant to be free, it is only when you put in your card details that it recognises you as a customer and that you may proceed.

It's like going to Sainsbury's, only they ask for your clubcard after your credit card.

I double checked the shop order, and my email, and my bank. All say that £0.000000 has left my account. I'm sorry, but I can't help but think that you've done something wrong if it has charged you Sad

In other news, the survey ends today, so this is the last day to expect free downloads.
