I have difficulty seeing due to the massive floppy pink appendage growing out of my forehead and flopping in front of my eyes!

Great shots! Cool

I still think the PhantomII is a sexy beast!!! Smiley Cool Smiley

Of course I'm sorta partial being I grew up very close to their "birthplace"  Rode my bike to the fences many a time to watch them being strapped to the test pads.

When they ran 'em up and lit the burners it almost was breathtaking.

Nice shots. Smiley

I saw the livery in downloads but the thumbnail doesn't do it justice. You did.

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Most people think that flying a plane is dangerous, except pilots because they know how easy it is.
Arguing with a pilot is like wrestling with a pig in the mud, after a while you begin to think the pig likes it.

Yeah, I'd agree.  The tail looks great, but that shark nose just kills it for me.  But it sure looks good from the right angle!  (#4)

The funny thing is, on the site they picture the re-paint with a another tail design so I was shocked to see this tail when I loaded it but I think it works well with all the red paint details placement over this plane. Cool

Looks fantastic!  My father-in-law was a back seater on those back in the day.  I finally got to see one fly at the air show earlier this year, such a cool plane.  Cool

Glad you like them mfaulisi, and it was really bugging me why the re-paint shows another version on the site and I have this one and so I looked again closer at my files and found that I didn't load the re-paint texture file correctly and now it's working right. So it turns out this is NOT the new repaint version. Sorry my bad! Cool

First for me too!  The noise and exhaust trail at take-off hooked me.  They have a very distinct sound, especially on landing approach.

My gradeschool (now closed) used to have the 3-mile marker on the church roof for KSTL back in the day.

We'd ride our bikes down Graham Road (now N. Hanley) cut across the trainyard to Banshee then sit and watch Phantoms all day long in the summertimes.

Hang out by the same fence nowadays for any extended time and you's gonna get some sort of intervention! Cheesy
