I'm ready to take the forums down again if things are found.

This is a complete fresh install after the forums upgrade script failed completely and the information I experienced after posting on the yabb forum was absolutely useless and incorrect.

There WILL be certain bugs but all I'm looking for now is to see if members can view posts and make posts.
