Good afternoon all...

Grounded by weather, with an electronic gizmo which will not run FSX right now, having looked at most of the posts here at Simviation I have decided to indulge in a wobbly pop or two or three...well you know...

Having mentioned in my below post "Flew off my rocker" the old girl was expected home from Boston Massachusetts today. Her and a couple of other nattering nannies make the trip once a year and stop also at Salem Massachusetts but it seems they will not arrive home now until maybe tuesday or wednesday.
Normally I would be jumping with joy but without a new computer video card until monday or tuesday and the way the weather is I need to occupy myself...
Yesterday a flight of aircraft flew over known as the Yellow Flight I believe.
They are stopping at many Royal Canadian Air Force Stations which were involved in the British Commonwealth Air Training Program "BCATP" during the Second World War.
Flight:
Fairchild Pt19/Pt23/Pt26 RCAF "Cornell"
deHavilland DH82 Tiger Moth
North American AT-6 "Harvard"/"Texan"
Boeing/Stearman PT-27 "Kaydet" (2 of them)
North American "Yale"
They made several passes overhead and sorry I do not have a camera.
Think I saw a Spitfire also but not sure...

Well as that was going on there was a parade I was also watching honouring our troops who came home from Afghanistan, the bridge over the Trent and the downtown core was lined with folks wearing their red golf shirts, T shirts etc.
Several bands, many vehicles of all types and the crowds applause was drowning out the sound of the aircraft engines overhead.
It was a wonderful day and enjoyed by all for these heroes.
Canada still has troops on the ground there yet.
Well I will sign off for now as this old rocking chair does not have a relief tube (the old girl will not let me install one either...

) and I need to land to get another wobbly pop (I think one of you evil members drank mine...

).
Have a great day all...
