Escortin' AF1 to a new military base in Niihau so the Chief can inspect it.......
Island in sight.......I'm gonna get close and see if I can snap a picture.....
Smile for the birdie....
You're on your own AF1......
Peelin' off...headed back to base.
Thanks 4 looking
"Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth and danced the skies on laughter silvered wings. Sunward I've climbed and joined the tumbling mirth of sun split clouds.....and done a hundred things you have never dreamed of.....wheeled and soared and swung high in the sunlit silence. Hovering there, I've chased the shouting wind along and flung my eager craft through footless halls of air.
Up, up the long, delerious, burning blue I've topped the wind swept heights with easy grace where never Lark, nor even Eagle flew. While with silent lifting of mind I've trod the high untrespassed sanctity of space, put out my hand and touched the face of god"

These are AMAZING!!!
And trust me, Air Force One has enough on it to blast pretty much any aircraft out of the sky and protect itself from pretty much any attack. On it's own.
Here's two more interesting facts about Air Force One. They made an exact duplicate of it so that when they fly, if someone trys to kill the president airborn, he'll have to figure out which is the real and which is the fake. Also, Air Force One is actually a title given to an airplane while the president is on it. The second, he steps off, it's no longer Air Force One. In other words, he could go in just a random C172 and while he's on it, that's Air Force One!

Trust me, he's right. Those guys who clean it get pretty much NO rest! They have to constantly
hand-clean
it until there's not a spec of dust on there!

As for the escort......haven't you ever heard of a warm welcome......I'm sure even the Chief likes to be greeted at the door sometimes

How do you like it, are the flight dynamics good? I've been wanting to pick it up, obviously from my obsession with F/A-18s.

It's a huge step up from default.....in every aspect
I've heard it called "A F/A 18 simulator that uses FSX to exist in"

Sounds good to me! Also sounds like another "need vs want" discussion with the wife/accountant since I just bought the the PC and all the accessories a couple weeks ago.
