I downloaded this F-16 and I like the plane a lot, but even with the throttle all the way back it wants to go as soon as the engine is started. When taxiing I have to keep putting on the brakes to slow down. Does anyone know if this has been fixed or how to fix it.

There is an F-16 Arizona National Guard that does the same thing.

To be honest i'd just say you're having problems controlling the throttle (human error).
Are you using a throttle controller? (Eg a joystick or throttle quadrant)

no,it sometimes happens with addons.

You might go to aircraft.cfg file find GeneralEngineData

[GeneralEngineData]
engine_type = 5
Engine.0 = 10.000, -12.000, 2.500
Engine.1 = 10.000, 12.000, 2.500
fuel_flow_scalar        = 1.000
min_throttle_limit=-0.250000

min_throttle_limit is normally 0 for piston 0.25 for jets & turbines w/reverse.  The majority of my fighter aircraft have this set at 0.0  your other choice is downloading RCBgh-50, here:

Between the 2 your problem should go away

Thanks for the info. My aircraft.cfg file does have the min_throttle_limit at 0.0 So I downloaded the RCBgh-50 and set it up. This definately helps keep the speed down. It is a little jerky though with the auto brakes coming on all the time. But it is better than having to brake manually. I can't get the pushback to work though. When I put the mouse on the button it is red and the tag says Pushback Disabled. How can I enable it? Also, what if I set the min throttle limit to a negative number? Or is there a file I can copy and paste from an F-16 that does not have the speeding problem?
