I have built an airport modification and compiled the file to bgl ok according to the instructions but FSX addon will not recognize the new file. I have the SFX SDK loaded ok and all file paths seem correct Is there anyone who may have an answer for me?

If you used something like Airport Design Editor(ADE) did you put your new airport bgl file into the addon scenery\scenery folder?
After you complie the bgl with ADE you have to put it into the FSX addon scenery\scenery folder before FSX will see it.

Make a new folder and name it whatever you want. Inside that folder, make another new folder, name this one: scenery
Now put your Bgl files in this scenery folder, then add the whole file to your Add on scenery folder.

"Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth and danced the skies on laughter silvered wings. Sunward I've climbed and joined the tumbling mirth of sun split clouds.....and done a hundred things you have never dreamed of.....wheeled and soared and swung high in the sunlit silence. Hovering there, I've chased the shouting wind along and flung my eager craft through footless halls of air.
Up, up the long, delerious, burning blue I've topped the wind swept heights with easy grace where never Lark, nor even Eagle flew. While with silent lifting of mind I've trod the high untrespassed sanctity of space, put out my hand and touched the face of god"
