Tre Cime is made by Real Earth X, a team that includes the famous (at least in our circles) Frank Dainese. This is payware and is being distributed by FSaddon. I bought it from them, but I believe you can also find it on Simmarket. The great thing about Real Earth X is that when they create a mountain like that, it's not a photoreal scenery of the mountain glued on to an updated mesh, it is an actual 3D object and that's the reason why it looks so great.
