Goodly afternoon all... Smiley

Well folks with some time in the air behind me I learned many years ago some aircraft are just like women...especially your wife...or in my case the nattering Old Girl... Wink

Our family enjoyed the several Cessna 336s/337s we bought and sold over time.  Not overly spacious but comfortable, underpowered, well so are a lot of aircraft, you had to monitor the engine instruments but that goes with all flying machines.  The Cessna 337 for me was one of the better Cessna's built, all she needed was larger engines... Wink

The Cessna 336/337 only required a Center Line Thrust Rating and not a Multi-Engine Rating.

If the Aviator had a Multi-Engine Rating then a Center Line Thrust Rating was not required.

Having bought and sold many many aircraft during the past half century plus I always favoured the Cessna 336 with wheel pants or the Retractable Cessna 337 over some other multi-engine aircraft.

There were a few wobbly pops drank around the Bull Shit Table at the bugsmasher field with other Old Retired Rocking Chair Flying Geezers about several different aircraft types and the Cessna 336/337 was the topic of choice sometimes... Grin

I can honestly say we have never flown or owned an aircraft we never liked...just like wine...some just are a little better than others... Wink

Sit there and don't touch anything Doug...that is what the Mix Master said to me...
Every time you pilots blow an approach you blame it on us aircraft...
HMMM...this Mix Master sounds just like the Old Girl... Grin

Okay...so the aircraft made a good landing...I could have done it also... Tongue      Lips Sealed

Great shots Doug Cool Cool

"Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth and danced the skies on laughter silvered wings. Sunward I've climbed and joined the tumbling mirth of sun split clouds.....and done a hundred things you have never dreamed of.....wheeled and soared and swung high in the sunlit silence. Hovering there, I've chased the shouting wind along and flung my eager craft through footless halls of air.

Up, up the long, delerious, burning blue I've topped the wind swept heights with easy grace where never Lark, nor even Eagle flew. While with silent lifting of mind I've trod the high untrespassed sanctity of space, put out my hand and touched the face of god"

Excellent Doug. Smiley

You know I am fond of the push-pull and I enjoyed the commentary as much as the images.

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Capt.Propwash...the aircraft is available here at the Simviation Download Site FSX Section.

I just typed in search C337 when in the FSX Prop Section and it brings quite a few Cessna 337s up.

Thanks Larry...much appreciated... Wink
