Welcome to Simviation AceFire13....that looks like a pretty good shot.
Here's a freeware resizing program that's really easy to use BDSizer

Also, all images must be uploaded to the SimV server upload page

I use BDSizer and there is no logo in my shots.....there must be an option to turn it off
