OK for me -- but someone is attacking the main site again today so that may result in some breaks in service.

I noticed everything is running slow today but I first tried this yesterday. Can't say I've ever seen this particular error before.

OK I now see the problem. It is a character in the filename that works OK for member downloads but is unrecognized in the non member access.
I am renaming the file and uploading again.
