I started out flying Microsoft Flight Simulator some six or seven years ago and was hooked. I took my first discovery flight in lincoln park NJ the day after my 17th birthday, and  on June 19th, 2011 I officially became a licensed private pilot. Here is video shot from my first flight. I departed out of N07 Lincoln Park NJ and headed northwest to Sullivan County Intl. From there I headed west towards Stewart Air Force base for a touch and go and returned back to N07. Feel free to comment and most of all please enjoy  Tongue

Nice video, and congrats on getting your PPL man!  What do you use to mount your camera by the way?

Cheers,

Well done on the video, one of the best I have seen... Smiley

Congratulations on reaching a mile stone early in your life, one that many can only dream of... Wink

The landings were great to see and the music was not bad either... Grin

If I might make a quick observation and comment it would be that:
You should smile more... Wink
You have completed the first step on your long road of aviating and you should be proud of yourself, learn something new each day, learn from others mistakes and have fun...smile... Wink

Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug
