O got USD 350,00 in paypal donations and its like I don't have anything Angry

,if I buy a stupid video card of 60 bucks I have to pay $500 for the sending Shocked

,I can't change into my country current money in cash,

any ideas?

The easy option Alex, is to find the following;

1. The item you with to buy.
2. A SimV member that lives in the country that has the item you wish to buy.
3. Ask said SImV member if he (or she) has a PayPal account.
or
4. Wait a little longer and see it your Great Leader ever leaves hospital. If he does not, maybe things will change Lips Sealed

You can bet that postage even with insurance is way, way lower than anything that a company will send you. The down side, it if the product fails during the guarantee time, it will be a pain to get it fixed or replaced.
