Might be a bit of a guessing game, but I'm basing this off of their previous releases. They even said that they'd rather get the helicopter released even if it's not 100%, and let people find the bugs, then to take forever perfecting it. That approach doesn't make any sense since people have to pay for it. They were already working on a service pack the day it was released. IMO, a good add-on should be to the point where it isn't in need of an obvious service pack the day it's out. It's worth it to wait for an add-on until the developer is happy with it. Customers definitely became pushy for the release, which is one of the reasons that I'm sure ND decided to release it. In the future, they need to try and make it clear to the customers that it will be worth it if they wait unit it's perfect before it's released.

Their FS9 stuff was pretty good, along with their first few FSX releases, including the EC-120 and EC-135. I think after that, I've heard a lot more people complain of too many things wrong, or issues. I do hope that they turn things around; so far, I haven't heard a whole lot of bad things about the AW109, but hard to say at such an early point of it being released. In the future, thorough beta testing and taking the time to perfect their add-ons will be key to success.
