On some aircraft, ( 3rd party downloads, military) I notice the actual aircraft can be as it would be in the "spot" view mode in front of the cockpit,( Through the screens) is there a way to elliminate this problem, its a pity to spoil the hard work of these folks who put in a lot of effort and time to make the working systems only to be spoilt by the outside view being spoilt.TIA for any and all replies

Not sure what you mean Ken. Can you give an example of an aircraft this happens with. A screenshot showing the problem would help.

OK will do a screenshot and post it next time it occurs, Just a point of clarification Captain, the aircraft can be seen through the cockpit windows and responds pro-rata to joystick "movements", I will make note of the 2 or 3 downloads wherebye this happens along with a SS, cheers

I think you are seeing the 2D flight panel while you are in spot view.
Try pushing "F10" next time it happens. F10 toggles the 2D panel on and off
"Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth and danced the skies on laughter silvered wings. Sunward I've climbed and joined the tumbling mirth of sun split clouds.....and done a hundred things you have never dreamed of.....wheeled and soared and swung high in the sunlit silence. Hovering there, I've chased the shouting wind along and flung my eager craft through footless halls of air.
Up, up the long, delerious, burning blue I've topped the wind swept heights with easy grace where never Lark, nor even Eagle flew. While with silent lifting of mind I've trod the high untrespassed sanctity of space, put out my hand and touched the face of god"

Ah yes, I think you're correct. F10 won't do it though. Try Shift + 1.

The shots must be in JPEG format & meet the forum requirements. Upload them via the "Upload Images" link on the menu bar at the top of the forum.

just a thought, some planes are presented without a 2D panel so when you want to go in "cockpit" view you find yourself looking at the open space.
