When Mini-mod (Emi) attends her first proper airshow with warbirds rather than the local airfield in Hungary.
So on the 22nd she and I will be heading to Duxford so she can see a Lancaster flying for real! The excitement is building....
There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

Mark, what are you going to do when she hit's fifteen and wants you to pay for flying lessons?
If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Cough up the cash like a good daddy
If it was for Imelda Marcos type shoe collection I'd bulk but a useful skill like flying is a good investment.
Who knows when an Airplane type scenario might occur
There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

Hmm, never thought about the discounted flight situation.

What a superb day out. The BBMF totally failed to turn up but otherwise a fantastic day for Mini-Mod and I. More to follow
