I think I have done all I am going to on the Rust Bucket.
C&C requested. Should I leave the bucket on the cowl?
Thanks.
Thanks for looking.
If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

It looks very worn....great job Larry
I'll have to vote thumbs down on the bucket though
"Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth and danced the skies on laughter silvered wings. Sunward I've climbed and joined the tumbling mirth of sun split clouds.....and done a hundred things you have never dreamed of.....wheeled and soared and swung high in the sunlit silence. Hovering there, I've chased the shouting wind along and flung my eager craft through footless halls of air.
Up, up the long, delerious, burning blue I've topped the wind swept heights with easy grace where never Lark, nor even Eagle flew. While with silent lifting of mind I've trod the high untrespassed sanctity of space, put out my hand and touched the face of god"

If this aircraft don't go on sale pretty soon I'm just going to bite the bullet and buy it so I can get some of your great paint jobs Larry.

Thank you Doug.
Actually, the bucket has the word rust on it. I intended to post a close up, but it doesn't show up well.

Thanks Larry, have you tried a colour change for the word or would that make a difference?...

Not yet Doug, been busy with other things. But I have an idea that might help, yet keep the rustic theme. If it turns out, I will upload that one texture as an update.
Edited:
Here you go Doug.

I've been thinking about doing something similar on a normal livery.
