Since I still cant extend my cockpit over both my monitors, it would be ncie to know how I can zoom out on the panel, so I get of the whole cocktpit on my screen.
This of course without moving eyepoint back, because you would end up looking at the back of your seat, instead of on the panel and the runway.

by pressing - minus key, everything is will zoom out. .. what actually happens, is the "camera" or view point moves. the same thing happens when you press + plus key. eyepoint/camera moves forward.
there is no way to zoom out but keep the eyepoint in 1 location.
I have Windows 7 Home Premium (sp1), and a ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 (256mb) graphics card. my graphics card can support dual monitor, both having different resolutions from each other. might want to check and see if yours is able to have different resolution for 2nd monitor. I suspect that it is. Monitor 1=1366x768 Monitor 2=1024x768 .

Sometimes when you use the + or - keys to zoom, nothing
happens!
If this happens just left click anywhere on the screen your trying to use zoom,
to activate and they will work again!
FSX, we've come a long way baby! Skunk Works is an official alias for Lockheed Martin’s Advanced Development Programs (ADP), formerly called Lockheed Advanced Development Projects. Skunk Works is responsible for a number of famous aircraft designs, including the U-2, the SR-71 Blackbird, the F-117 Nighthawk, and the F-22 Raptor. Its largest current project is the F-35 Lightning II

Hehe, they way you guys describe it, its exactly that what I wasnt asking for, but I still gave it a try and this indeed does what I wanted to know.
Let me explain what is happening, because this is NOT moving the possition of the camera. If it was, your view possition would end up behind the seat and that's not what happens.
I asume people got a basic knowladge of how a camera works. What happens here is changing the function of the camera-lens from tele function to wide-angle function, which changes the visible ratio of the distance against the angle of perception. The angle of perception gets bigger/smaller, without moving the possition of the camera.
But I got what I was after, thanks guys!

To complete this post:
This is the function of using a zoom-lens as on a photo- or video-camera, it moves from tele perspective to wide-angle perspective and back.
To zoom out:
1. the '-' on the main keyboard to move fast.
2. and 'shift + -' on the main keyboard to move slow.
To zoom in:
1. the '=' on the main keyboard to move fast
2. and 'shift + =' on the main keyboard to move slow.
THIS DOES NÓT MOVE THE CAMERA POSSITION, BUT IT CHANGES THE FUNCTION OF THE LENS!
For people who're into recording flights and making videos, this effect can be used to move the camera in and zoom out, or move the camera out and zoom in and as the virtual distance stays the same, the ratio of size of the object(your aircraft) in comparison to the background, changes. Just play with it a little and you'll see what effect it has. Have fun!
