Just wondering, what was the longest flight you have flown on FSX or FS2004? Huh
Mine was just finished today on a flight from Vostochny Airport in Russia to Cincinnati on a Delta B772.
It took a week because I have been busy.

In terms of hours, 8 and a half. I flew to Londons Heathrow from Laguardia or Ohare, can't remember now. That would be 8 and a half in real time, no slewing or speeding up the sim and no pauses or saves. Manned the monitor for 99% of the flight and came into Heathrow with a picture perfect landing! (FSX) Then I went to bed..

My longest was Melbourne to Singapore in a Qantas Boeing 747-400 (PMDG) in real time on FSX. Ended up holding over Singapore for about 20 minutes due to traffic.

Mine has got to be KSTL (Lambert-St Louis Intl, St Louis MO, USA) to YWLM (Williamtown Military, Newcastle NWS, Australia).  The first leg was from KSTL to PHNG (Kaneohe Bay MCAF, Mokapu HI, USA) (5 hours 46 minutes) and then on to YWLM (7 hours 10 minutes).  Flew a FA18B in RAAF colors from the factory to her new home in Australia.

I flew an Avro Lincoln from Mildenhall, Suffolk, UK to Melbourne, Victoria, Australia in FS9.

It took two and a half weeks (copiuos use of the autopilot, gallons of coffee and a fair few trip to the bathroom), although I did cheat when my PC froze when over Pakistan, so I had to restart that leg and rather re-fly a three hour leg, I warped it from the airport to somewhere near where the PC froze.

I also ran out of fuel on one leg and had to refuel in flight, which I suppose is cheating. And no, I am never going to do it again, or at least if I do it will be in a hypersonic or space vehicle
