Just havin a bit of fun, first with the Carenado C208B, then the A2A Piper Cub, and lastly, the Carenado C172 Skyhawk.

...

Taking off at the beautiful Orbx: FTX Orcas Island Airport, with the wonderful and amazing Carenado C208B Grand Caravan.

...

A short bush flight with the A2A Piper J3 Cub.

...

And lastly with the Carenado C172.

Now, I've been preparing to become a pilot since I was about 13, I'm 15 now. I fly on real world weather, and I mainly fly in New Hampshire, which is where I live. But unfortunately, due to FSX's poor effort with controlling the seasons, it thinks there's snow in spring, on March 28, 2011. Cmon FSX  Sad  If anyone knows a way to make there be grass in March in the Northeastern part of the U.S. while keeping the real world weather on, please do share how Smiley Thanks for looking!

Nice shots Jake, especially #1. Smiley

Just move the date forward until you get the desired result.

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

The odd thing is, I tried that once before, and since I kept the real world weather on, which I wanted to, it ended up snowing in May Shocked  Grin Thanks for the compliment Smiley Happy flying Smiley

Another thing you could try, is to use custom weather instead of real weather. Just try to create clouds and wind to match, but no precipitation.

FSX, we've come a long way baby! Skunk Works is an official alias for Lockheed Martin’s Advanced Development Programs (ADP), formerly called Lockheed Advanced Development Projects. Skunk Works is responsible for a number of famous aircraft designs, including the U-2, the SR-71 Blackbird, the F-117 Nighthawk, and the F-22 Raptor. Its largest current project is the F-35 Lightning II

I like the shots! Especially #1! I'm really tempted to get that Caravan after seeing so many great shots of it lately...
