As you can see Chuck, I was able to land and stop before running off into the fjord. But taking off is a horse of a completely different planet.
As I said in your thread, I'll use the fjord and take my chances with the icebergs. It's safer.
Wonderful scenery, great job. I think I like this even better than Lake Patterson.
Thanks for looking. And thank you Chuck for building such nice scenery and allowing me to test it. Other than the runway being too short for anything other than birds,
it's perfect.
If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Nice!
So, is this "Your Island", or is it "My Island"? I get confoosed.

Awesome Larry
Thanks so much
The runway is just long enough if you ask me, I only put it there for a bit of a challenge
If you install the updated ORBX library found here at the bottom of the

You'll have grass, flowers, weeds, and later.....a few animated people
"Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth and danced the skies on laughter silvered wings. Sunward I've climbed and joined the tumbling mirth of sun split clouds.....and done a hundred things you have never dreamed of.....wheeled and soared and swung high in the sunlit silence. Hovering there, I've chased the shouting wind along and flung my eager craft through footless halls of air.
Up, up the long, delerious, burning blue I've topped the wind swept heights with easy grace where never Lark, nor even Eagle flew. While with silent lifting of mind I've trod the high untrespassed sanctity of space, put out my hand and touched the face of god"

Confoosed is a natural state for you and I.

Thanks for the HU, think I might wait, as I am going to have to uninstall all my addons and reinstall them over the next few days.

Yes it is. Chuck did a great job building it, didn't he.

I'm feeling a little left out here gentlemen
In the mean time I'll live vicariously through your screens, Chuck's scenery and Doug's descriptions of real flight
Great shots of dynamite scenery L.T.

Thanks Greg.
Guess you can tell I'm still procrastinating on that project.

I have worked on it some, preparation wise. I just know you are going to figure out a way to mention Preparation H here.
