Elko, BC CBE2 to Cranbrook CYXC. Imagine flying this while listening to Harold Zimmer's Broken Arrow & Mine, Harold Faltermeyer & Steve Evans' Topgun,

Phil Collin's extended version of In The Air Tonight, Do You Remember, Find A Way To My Heart, Dances With Wolves Theme, and Out of Africa.

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Wow...awesome shots Larry...I have looked at them several times and can't decide which one I like the best...they are all great... Wink

I have several fine music tapes/discs that I love to play when flying alone...
BUT...don't you just hate BUTs... Grin

My bugsmasher would turn into a mighty:
-Supermarine Spitfire
-North American P51 Mustang
-Sopwith Camel
-Royal Aircraft Factory SE5A

And I would have forgot what I was doing or where I was going...dang I hated that when it happened...must be an age thing.... Grin

Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug
P.S.  I think I shot down more white puffy wuffy's then black ones though...

Well, you see the trick is, to start out flying a Spitfire or P-51 or Camel or SE5A. Then you don't have to worry about it morphing. Roll Eyes  Grin

Very nice pics L.T. The plane color looks a little washed out. I'm probably sitting close to my monitor again.  Smiley  Cool

FSX, we've come a long way baby! Skunk Works is an official alias for Lockheed Martin’s Advanced Development Programs (ADP), formerly called Lockheed Advanced Development Projects. Skunk Works is responsible for a number of famous aircraft designs, including the U-2, the SR-71 Blackbird, the F-117 Nighthawk, and the F-22 Raptor. Its largest current project is the F-35 Lightning II

"Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth and danced the skies on laughter silvered wings. Sunward I've climbed and joined the tumbling mirth of sun split clouds.....and done a hundred things you have never dreamed of.....wheeled and soared and swung high in the sunlit silence. Hovering there, I've chased the shouting wind along and flung my eager craft through footless halls of air.

Up, up the long, delerious, burning blue I've topped the wind swept heights with easy grace where never Lark, nor even Eagle flew. While with silent lifting of mind I've trod the high untrespassed sanctity of space, put out my hand and touched the face of god"
