i have included 2 versions of the same night shot... i kind of like the orange better cause of the feel but i want to know what would go better for a airliners upload? Note that quality has been reduced due to size limitations!!!

I also like the "not orange" one.  About the bizjet shots... do you shoot through the fence beside the customs building, or are you airside?

Looks like you're burning out your highlights, ...

Try underexposing by -.3       ( one third of a stop )

.......it may help keep a little more detail in those bright areas.....

Fence by customs... my rap is only for work purposes... but while i am at work i can take airside photos but only where i have a reason to be

I remember shooting a beauty Swiss Global Express through that same fence...  Grin   Can't seem to find the pictures though...

Great shots! I must agree with everyone else and say that the 2nd shot of the 737 at the gate is the better shot.  One thing I tend to forget - adjust the ISO when shooting at dark to give a little more room to play.

Great shots!

As for the 737 night shot, A.net specifically says that night photos should have the correct white balance. Here under the color section, examples 4 & 5. Wink
