Our winter............they are moving snow around to keep the mid-mountain base at about 8 metres of snow....the total accumulation for the season is crowding in on the record.....we are just a tad shy of 18 and that is around 60 feet or so, for the oldies and Americans........
Compare this to the New Years Day image I put up and realize that both these buildings are four storys and have been plowed around by the Snow-Cats so people can see some daylight when it isn't snowing..........

Now that IS impressive Cool Oddly enough the last time I saw that much snow was when I was living in Canada as a kid. My first winter in Hungary was a close second though Cool

Hi Ken... Smiley

I think they got about eleven inches (11) just west of Toronto yesterday but we have had a sugar snow or two.

Very little on the ground now south of the 401 but still a bit north of the 401.

We got off lucky this year which is not always good because farmers and other rural folks depend on the snow for their wells.

The Trent and Moira Rivers are open along with the Bay of Quinte in most places.

Looking forward to some fresh Maple Syrup and Candy... Grin

I can't even imagine what kind of structure it takes to support that kind of snowload on the roof!!!   Shocked

Incredible photos! We got around 10 inches yesterday, high winds, so a lot of drifting and white outs.
