Just got the first coat of the driveway sealer on, second tomorrow, the Missus works alongside me. She isn't a do nothing kept woman, thank GOD!

Man, I just redid my garage last summer. You gotta be kiddin'. I not due for any more of that for at least a couple of years. Huh

Now. don't get me wrong. I do enjoy my lawn tractor...especially the cool, refreshing beverage-of-your-choice holder in the left fender. That and my plantation straw hat and I'm good all day. How sweet it is! Grin

Bub: a 2 story addition that cost me a year of "free" time when I was working 60HR weeks about 25 years ago cured me of that work...no big projects now. Good Luck!

TR: ridding myself of the scumbag's junk. Lost interest in sharing creative side. Besides, I'm worried about posting something and spreading the infection. The experience taught me NO ONE is whom they seem.

Like Sully, I learned my lesson in 1977 when I decided I could add an office in my semi-finished basement adjacent to the garage. Tongue

I did finish it....about a year later and a lot of aggravation. Roll Eyes

BUT I swore to never ever consider that again. Cry
