...Looks Like We Got A Convoy!

(bonus points if you can guess my call sign)

Not a convoy pic, but too cool to pass up. Rode her into shore, what a wild ride! Sounds like a C-130 but rides the waves like a cork.

Big Truck was my original call sign (hence the name) but the CO walked by one day while we were listening to "convoy" and he decided I would be rubber duck. Thought it would be funny. Little did he know how serious we were (hahahaahhaah)

Thanks Larry, I took that from the flight deck of the USS Peleliu (LHA-5) with my point and shoot. I was too scared to take my DSLR out on an amphibious operation.
