...Looks Like We Got A Convoy!

(bonus points if you can guess my call sign)

Not a convoy pic, but too cool to pass up.  Rode her into shore, what a wild ride!  Sounds like a C-130 but rides the waves like a cork.

I'll bet the callsign for the last pic is "Rubber Duck".  Grin

That's my call sign.  I catch a lot of flak for it, but they always know when I'm on the roads.    Big Truck was my original call sign (hence the name) but the CO walked by one day while we were listening to "convoy" and he decided I would be rubber duck.  Thought it would be funny.  Little did he know how serious we were (hahahaahhaah)

LOL, I figured as much, but couldn't resist dubbing that aqua-craft "Rubber Duck."

You ever seen a chartreuse microbus on the road?  Grin

They're everywhere out here in the San Francisco area.  Not sure if they are loaded with long haired friends of Jesus though.  Tongue

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Thanks Larry, I took that from the flight deck of the USS Peleliu (LHA-5) with my point and shoot.  I was too scared to take my DSLR out on an amphibious operation.
