for the Tasman Sea to have icebergs in summer near Maria Island? See the last shot.
Twin Star Airborne Sensing with AU Customs. I had not flown this livery and was unaware it had on board radar. It pivots left, right, up, and down. Very cool.
Thanks for looking.
If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Why didn't you lose a little altitude and give us a close up flyby?

I did. They are really small and flat, and they bob up and down with the waves. I had been at 8000' and dropped down to about 1800' to see what they were. I thought maybe it was the annual yacht
race, not realizing it was three months too late for that.

1800ft. You didn't even get your feet wet I'd have done an Ozzy and buzzed by them around 100ft or so.

I know, I know.
I just wasn't thinking about getting a close up of the bergs. When I realized it wasn't the yacht race, I was disappointed and did not think of it. I'll go back later and land on one for you.

Landing on a iceberg! That will be a pretty cool landing.
No pun intended.

Well, it would have been, if there had been any there. This is just weird. Same aircraft, same weather, same everything, no bergs. Tried different seasons, lowering the temp to 15F, nothing produced bergs. I even went back to yesterday about the same time as the original flight. I don't get it.

FSX, we've come a long way baby! Skunk Works is an official alias for Lockheed Martin’s Advanced Development Programs (ADP), formerly called Lockheed Advanced Development Projects. Skunk Works is responsible for a number of famous aircraft designs, including the U-2, the SR-71 Blackbird, the F-117 Nighthawk, and the F-22 Raptor. Its largest current project is the F-35 Lightning II

I know what 'cull' means, and I know the various meanings for 'cool', but I'm not familiar with 'coll'.
Just kidding Greg, I can't always resist certain typos.
Thanks.

Our good friend Doug said something along the lines of, "nobody has as much fun as we do." He's right.
