I'm definately looking forward to warmer temperatures! -25C today... Pics from outside our hangar.
One of our two DHC-6-200s, this one is on skis, the other on wheels...
Ice crystals in the air today made for a big halo around the sun... was trying to capture it here.
You can see a bit of the halo behind the Navajo here...
Now that my fingers are sufficiently cold, time to go into the hangar for a hot cup of coffee!
Cheers all,
Wade

Thanks for posting them Wade...well done...
We just got through some freezing rain but the rest of the week is going to be okay I think, about -3 or -4 C so that is not bad at all...
March 21st is the first day of Spring so winter is just about over...
Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug
PS. Those blasted C17s, Hercs and Helicopters are all buzzing about tonight along with several Commercial Spam Cans doing touch and goes...
Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug

The halo shots are awesome and process very well on my monitor. Can almost see the full color spectrum
Your other shots make me drool of course!
