In a previous life that involved a blue suit and a silly hat, I was a in the RAF. At the time we had 98,000 personal. Since I left I have watched the RAF disolve down to it's present number, 38,000. The RAF must shed another 5000 and two Tornado Sqd's and the government is talking about a no fly zone over Lybia. The Russians must be laughing themselves silly.

Let's hope laughing is 'all' they are doing.
