Hi Mark...
The old girl and I make a chilli con carne that will peel paint if applied....
We both eat chilli con carne with dark rye bread, cold butter and green onions...
You know what they say Mark...
Hot Food...Hot Women...Cold Drinks
and not necessarily in that order....

I used to make a venison chili that seemed very popular when I fed the guys down at the station. Now I have to eat it from a can.
If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

I typically douse most of my food in Habenero sauce, I enjoy a challenge when I am eating. Not sure if I could take on a Jalokia, let alone one of these beasts. I'll have to give it a shot.

I like a little spice in some foods, but That's insane. I'll never understand some peoples desire for pain when they eat.

Only 1.17 million on the Scoville scale? Is that all?
I tried a "Ghost Pepper" sauce in Florida last month that had a rating of 1.5 million... really snuck up on me, but I enjoyed it.
