Now you also have the basic formula for Pepsi -- just add sugar.

I still work for 7up part-time (in addition to my A&P job), so I'll have to give the Coke guys some crap about knowing their secret ingredient the next time I see one. Wink

H, it's funny you should say that, I've always thought that Pepsi tasted like flat Coke with a little more sugar.

Supposedly, Coca-Cola sued Pepsi-Cola early on for infringement -- but Pepsi-Cola won the suit because they used more sugar in their formula.

The "sugar 30" coincides with the fact that a 12 0z can of Coca cola contains 30 grams of granulated sugar. So at apprx. 4.2 grams per teaspoon, one 12 oz can has over 7 teaspoons of sugar in it. Many soft drinks are even higher in sugar content. I pity the kids that are downing 4 or 5 of these a day  Shocked

Hmmmm. Wonder what those men in black want at my door.

What is neroli? I never suspected Coca-Cola had alcool in it. Two pints is one quart. Take out the caffeine. It adds nothing to the taste and just makes me want to lock and load...
