Well, I was left on my own last night due to Mrs-Ex-Pat having a girls night out. So I decided to watch the Expendables. Not as cheesy as I thought it would be, however, one question remains for me. How much does a person have to be in a film if they are listed on the box as "staring". The box listed the usual suspects for such a movie along with Arnold Schwarzenegger and Bruce Willis. Each one of these actor has about three sentences and 3 minutes on the screen, hardly a staring role Grin Grin

When Arnold Schwarzenegger announced his return to acting recently, I was quite surprised.

Whoever said he could act.... Cheesy.... Grin

Well, he did try to act like the governator as the GOVERNER of CALEEFORNIA... Roll Eyes..... Wink

In answer to your question, there was one movie that starred Schwarzenegger where he only had a very few lines for the entire movie and yet got star billing. The Terminator, he had 17 lines and a total of 65 words.  Undecided

Arnold actually wasn't listed in the credits for the Expendables, it was just a cameo appearance.  I do agree that Willis didn't really do much to earn his name on the cover though.

I didn't think the movie itself was too bad, but it wasn't what I expected with a cast like that.
