The reviews on that page seem pretty great.

I for one have no tweaks in my cfg and FSX runs great.
Gone are the days that tweaks are needed in my opinion, especially now that most new hardware can run FSX pretty well on decent settings.
Should tweaking really be needed due to a low system one can follow the posted guides by Nick.
I bet those guides contain all and if not much more then these tweak programs do and best of all, Nick's guides are free.

Well for me, New hardware ain't done crap
With a Quad core 3.0ghz, 8gb ddr2 ram, and an ATI HD4870 with 1gb on board, i was lucky to get 5-10 fps on
medium
settings.
I tried all of Nicks tips, and im not saying they dont work for some, they just didnt help me very much.
I bought this almost a month ago, and i've been flying with
full
settings, caped at 30fps with no drop unless I fly into a super city like LA or NY, but even then im getting no less than 20fps.
I will vouch for this program, and for $13 U.S.D how can you go wrong.

My grandpa used to say....you can't make a Rolex out of a sows' ear
Basically, don't expect it to make a bad gaming rig an awesome one.
With a little "fiddlin'", it has made a noticable difference in the smoothness of my framerates and, I have been able to turn up my autogen settings with no drop in FPS on my mediocre system. I have not had a chance to look over the FSX Cfg. file to see exactly what FSX Booster does but, it's 14 dollars well spent in my opinion.
If nothing else, there is an option to get rid of the red text in the upper right hand corner
(shows up when you change views and lingers forever making taking a screenshot a real pain)
There is probably a way to do this by editing the FSX Cfg. file, but I don't know how to do it
Anyway, it's not ALL hocus pocus.......I would buy it again
If you have a super computer, probably don't bother

"Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth and danced the skies on laughter silvered wings. Sunward I've climbed and joined the tumbling mirth of sun split clouds.....and done a hundred things you have never dreamed of.....wheeled and soared and swung high in the sunlit silence. Hovering there, I've chased the shouting wind along and flung my eager craft through footless halls of air.
Up, up the long, delerious, burning blue I've topped the wind swept heights with easy grace where never Lark, nor even Eagle flew. While with silent lifting of mind I've trod the high untrespassed sanctity of space, put out my hand and touched the face of god"

That's just bizarre. I have a 2.66 quad, 4gb of RAM and a 9800GTX+ with 512mb and I do pretty well. I've got decent settings (most high, some ultra high) and I get a pretty steady 30 fps.
Thanks for the info on the program, though!
