..well, I think so anyway:
Carenado's V35B Bonanza, the V-tail.
I think that tail is just so good looking!
I've been enjoying painting this baby, here's a couple of shots of some paints I threw together so far, more in another
thread
..
I hope you like them?
Soon to be available at the usual sites..

Uh, did you meant to post these in the photo section Jan?
Very realistic, beautiful work.
If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Wow
Great shots......very realistic. Great looking aircraft too
"Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth and danced the skies on laughter silvered wings. Sunward I've climbed and joined the tumbling mirth of sun split clouds.....and done a hundred things you have never dreamed of.....wheeled and soared and swung high in the sunlit silence. Hovering there, I've chased the shouting wind along and flung my eager craft through footless halls of air.
Up, up the long, delerious, burning blue I've topped the wind swept heights with easy grace where never Lark, nor even Eagle flew. While with silent lifting of mind I've trod the high untrespassed sanctity of space, put out my hand and touched the face of god"

I KNEW I should have waited for the V-tail instead of jumping on the F33A when it came out first... next to nobody doing repaints for it... and, er... according to the wife i've already maxed my payware budget till 2015...

VH-CAE was one of the V-tails used by the Department of Civil Aviation (DCA), and that's their logo they used at the time (mid 60's).
The paints are all on OZx now, (with a few more VH registered aircraft), hope you'll enjoy them.
Spindrift: there's a good chance they work for the F33 as well, I believe the textures are virtually identical. You'll just have a white tail. Let me know if this is true?

Here's what I got... I double checked aircraft.cfg to make sure it wasnt just my renaming that caused this. funny shading on doors and surfaces, no prop (spinning) and no cockpit visible. I do have a vertical stab and lovely painted elevators though!
Her's how I set-up the aircraft.cfg for the F33, let me know if I'm missing anything here that may have caused probs.

mmmm, interesting..clearly it is missing something..
could you make a copy of one of the textures files that you know is working, and copy just my texture files in there, replacing and/or deleting the ones that are there (so all CARexterior files), but leave the texture.cfg and all others (CARinterior etc) in there? I bet that solves it.
My problem is that I don't have the F33A, so I can't check, but I downloaded
Butch's textures
to see if they were very different, and they look virtually the same to me, and your pics show that they seem to fit.
Let me know if this works?

FSX, we've come a long way baby! Skunk Works is an official alias for Lockheed Martins Advanced Development Programs (ADP), formerly called Lockheed Advanced Development Projects. Skunk Works is responsible for a number of famous aircraft designs, including the U-2, the SR-71 Blackbird, the F-117 Nighthawk, and the F-22 Raptor. Its largest current project is the F-35 Lightning II

here's another one, for the North American continent:
@skunkworks: really, it is not that hard, painting these things. OK, some are difficult, but this one is relatively easy. All you need is a graphics program, like photoshop or the Gimp (freeware), maybe the odd tutorial here and there and a bit of perseverence.

Man, YOU ARE AWESOME! you know that? this stuff is remarkable!!! I'm so sorry it's taken me so long to post shots of the F33A, I have not forgotten about it, but seeing these last few liveries, I think I'll just end up buying the V!

OK Sir, here's what I have...
I have a lovely white Rudder, and an interior now, but I still don't have decals, a headliner, visors, a dash, that little frame around the glass hatch, a spinning prop...
and oddly, the pilot is now Barfolomew from Spaceballs...
I'll just hafta get me a V-tail!

Look what I got working on the T-tail........!
figured out the problem, it was the texture.cfg in the folder itself, directing fallbacks to roots that don't exist within the F33A's files. The fit isn't perfect, little bits here and there miscoloured, but I can live with that, some of the other more "toned down" repaints of yours may work even better! thanks so much for the art and inspiration Sir! Keep it up!
