Hey everyone. Today I was posting today because I've been having issues with the performance in FSX. I have recently installed fsx sp1 and sp2. When I play fsx with both service packs installed. The game will run smoothly when I'm at the "virtual cockpit" view but when I'm viewing the outside of the plane, it runs sluggish. I experimented and I uninstalled fsx sp2 and I noticed the game is not sluggish when I am in the "spot" or "locked spot" view and it still runs pretty smoothly in the vc view.

My question is, why in fsx will the "vc" view be smooth but the outside view will run sluggishly? I want to be able to have fsx sp2 installed so I can get the improvements but I'd like to have the game run pretty smoothly rather than sluggishly.


Can you guys tell me a way to resolve this issue?

What to do?

Uninstall, put the DVD´s in the box, place on your topshelve, and fahgettaboudit!

It willl save you many a sleepless night, keep your bloodpressure at normal levels, etc. etc.
