This happens when you attempt to download only one file?

Do you reboot every day?

Assuming you do reboot please tell us exactly what happens?

Are you running any download software? Sometimes that will make multiple connections to a file - so needs to be turned off.

If you mean shut down the computer each day, the answer is yes. It just starts up normally.
I have no download software at all.

Given that files are successfully downloaded 10's 1000's of times every day by users at this site it it not a problem that pertains to this site - it is most likely a problem in how your PC connects to files here.

It could be that your firewall is blocking the links on the new site.

I normally am able to DL two files at a time. Today it has been limiting me to just one most of the time. A few times I have been able to get two going at once, but right now it's just one. I get the same error. Sad

I have not changed anything, and have been downloading from the new site without a problem.

HI Carl,

If you were able to download on 27th December with the same PC - then something in your system is preventing connection.

1st try a simple reboot - the most common cure

Other than that try to be specific about exactly what happens - does it occur with all browsers for instance?
