I had to do a complete OS reinstall and There was a texture update for fs9 that basically took the fsx textures and worked them around to work in fs2004 or something like that and it made fs2004 look SOOOOO much better but i cant seem to find it anywhere.

Anyone know where i can find it? Thx Smiley

Take a look at Howard's Mix found here

http://www.simviation.com/simviation/?ID=85&page=20&mark=5457

I was really pleased with the overall package but didn't particularly like the clouds, so you might check these out

"Howards Mix" is a fairly large file: 113 MB, and I wonder if it is an improvement over users already running; REX (FS2004), Ground Environment Pro, Gerrish Grey's Tree set, and VOZ 1.8...?
...all for FS 2004.
Are all the original Textures, etc, backed-up in the process?

REX (FS2004) & Ground Environment Pro are payware. Howards Mix is free. Gerrish Grey's Tree set, and VOZ 1.8 are good addons, I've had both. But overall Howards Mix is my choice (except for the fore mentioned clouds) and it has a swap feature.
