Referring of what happened recently of a site taking my airplane model in the most coward way ,I now ask my self what is the point of Digging into days and nights working very hard for free ,investigating all about and airplane ,details , making gauges ,bitmaps ,painting looking hundreds of photos ,headaches ,migraines, no sleep (I give my man's word this is true 100% I'm not exaggerating )
for what?

the only excuse I made to myself was to have exclusively  to my site ,to try to make another fun site, to have at least something good of my own to the people ..

I hope all this stays only in that pirate place and not other similar pirates sites ,follow them ..

I hope Magic encouragement comes back to my mind ,because my models aren't the best and there are many other models , but you will lost another freeware designer's work forever . and trust me I don't like that either ,Hope the magic comes back to my mind and soon!

Something happens two days ago ,I hope this will be the encourage I need , to resume something I love to make it, to work and then give it free, THE DONATION option which seems so far is also worthless ,Only Pete and Applepie( and voluntary both put some money in there ,Appplepie made the best 5 repaints ,and Pete done a lot for me and that site he gave me for free. ( I have tried and this cost money ,there is the Domain name and I host a site which I can upload my own files to be download, if I have to paid I wouldn't can't afford this)

yet the FSND site still is and empty and loneliest site ever ..once again here is another prove of one more of another  failure of mine ,  ..

all I see now is all is worthless ,Its wasted time ,just saw three new videos on youtube ,no name or credit ,I wrote in the read me file To please be nice and name in the information the site and the author(s) of this very and long time dedicated  hard work. I was begging ,people ignore it as usual . they just enjoy..

People has said in the citation X ,citation 500 ,other and this MD83 that has characteristic of a payware

I wish to ask, Give me a reason please,and put yourself in my place for and instant , why go to the next proyect?
Give me one true reason please..


why would I willing to go and resume the  Citation Sovereign ,  

some one here told me Don't specs for feedbacks   Good advise! , and I say to myself It will be simv and fsnd release (when I release the Citation X 750 last year the pirate site did exact the same 12 hours latter they had it ,I send them and email,they remove it) I felt I could control and avoid other sites to do what they want ,
I wasn't counting with this .

Alex, if you quit, it would be a huge loss to not only SimV, but to the flight sim world too. I know and agree with you about your feelings on the subject. However, just to take the opposite view for a moment. Even if a certain site is ignoring your wishes and effectively stealing from you, as it stands you cannot do anything about it, you are getting to be know world wide as a dam good FS aircraft builder. I would imagine your fan base will be a lot larger due to this site (though that is not a justification for their actions). I know that is right now no comfort to your feelings, but that is the way of the Internet today. National borders and laws do not mean a thing in the next country as far as the Internet is concerned and people are quite willing and openly to use this problem to full extent.
If I may put my point forward, you have to learn to live with this, chill out and continue to produce first rate aircraft for the simulation community. If you left, it would be our huge loss. Until you make the big step of going commercial (and I know how hard that would be in your country right now), just sit back and know what a world wide influence you have made to freeware.

No one controls the internet -- that is what is so great about it -- & of course there is a downside (theft etc) but I was listening to a classical music show today and apparently EVERY (100%) classical musician and artist that has made a career of their art has been ripped off for 99% of their income by the whole range of ways to make money without paying the creator. You have made a terrific model, thank you!  All of your models are top notch and even get headlined here at SimV.  I hope you continue to create new freeware for us, I haven't had a single problem with any of your models.

I understand your anger, and I think it is bull crap that someone took your model and delivered it on another website, but you should see that as a compliment too, they see your work as true art and want to take credit for that. You don't see that with many other models.

well I just jump into trying to fix the citation x to jump of this page (not literally this page) I mean this part and discussing thing about the thief site ..

  Its hard to do something so complex  ,this is more than what FSPirate does or did to me and does everyday with almost every designer of panel scenery and I was really surprise when I typed in google "Piracy FSPlanet "

I was checking some of the videos on youtube of this new airplane for my surprise there are like 8 and none of them mention the designer or even simviation., People ask where do you get this airplane? and that's when I see many selfish people. (I put in one was download it in my website look into my account ) and immediately was deleted
  I believe its a matter to get use to not spec  for feedbacks ,and that''s when I wonder ,what's left?

the only thing keeps me doing it ,is I like working and make this things ,of course is when I finish ,I won put it inside a cd and save it in a closet, it wouldn't have any point  ,I could get used to ,but when other things add more trouble like I'm taking your file because i can  or hey you stole my files that adds more things to deal .

I thought the hardest part was the VC ,but I believe its the release
