I've had my eyes on the ERJ series for quite some time, but I wanted to hear from some users about them.  Are they relatively bug free and polished?  How is the depth of the FMS? 
Is the documentation good, is the flight model realistic?  Is Feelthere customer support helpful, or unhelpful?  You get the picture
Just wanted to gather some more info before I make a purchase with a developer I've never dealt with before.  If you are disappointed with it, don't hesitate to tell me!
