If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

they agree'd to join a currency that was doomed to fail, things made worse by the economic climate, and finished off when other members of said currency couldn't be bothered to pay taxes and such, it all but finished the trail of destruction.

In my opinion the Euro was not a great idea to begin with and they should have left some parts of Europe out of it. Mainly the parts that pay very little taxes and can retire at 50(?).

Alas Paul every country has its nutters. Those bomber types were just a small minority.
If you want weird I'd say the Cornish or Welsh Seperatist movements win the fruitcake award!
There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

The big bit (largest) at the bottom is called Eire, (not part of the United Kingdom). The Republic of Ireland, with its own Government.
The little bit (smallest) at the top is called Belfast, and is part of the United Kingdom, governed from Westminster (England):
England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
You have to paddle across the Irish Sea to get to Ireland, North and South.
I like the Irish Sea!...

You said a mouthful Ozzy.
According to legend, during the initial stages of our Civil War, Jones County Mississippi, seceded from both Mississippi and the Union. And they fought the Confederates harder than they did the Union. They even hung a Confederate General in Ellisville, one of the county seats. Jones county has two seats, Laurel and Ellisville. At least that is the myth. According to a book written by Rudy H. Leverett, Jones County never seceded. In any event, the name "Free State of Jones'' stuck.
BTW, Jones County was named after John Paul Jones.

If you ever get the opportunity, "Echo of the Black Horn" is a good read.

Thanks Larry but no thanks. I'll stay on this side of the pond if you don't mind. Being on of the rich countries in Europe, Holland is a major contributor in all this recession 'cough'bullpoop'cough'. We (that is our governement) already spend (lended, gave away, used Western Union) in the amount of 200 billion Euro(!). Any idea where they get that money? Right. We are only with 16 million peeps here. And not everyone has a job.
That's why we say: Don't steal, the government doesn't want any competition.
I'll quit now before I get my behind kicked for being too political.

It wasn't an invite Carlo, though you would be welcome.
I was just saying we've been doing the same thing for quite a while, in one way or another.
