That gave me another idea. How about an actual flying airport, like in Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow?

I think Lionheart makes something similar for FS9, and if I'm not mistaken, there is at least one other airborn airport "things", but I don't recall who makes them.

If someone does make one of these(somehow) try to make it easy on the frame rates because it is after all and aircraft! Another problem is landing at say 10,000ft.
