If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Great shots Larry, I'll have to check out that airport today Smiley

"Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth and danced the skies on laughter silvered wings. Sunward I've climbed and joined the tumbling mirth of sun split clouds.....and done a hundred things you have never dreamed of.....wheeled and soared and swung high in the sunlit silence. Hovering there, I've chased the shouting wind along and flung my eager craft through footless halls of air.

Up, up the long, delerious, burning blue I've topped the wind swept heights with easy grace where never Lark, nor even Eagle flew. While with silent lifting of mind I've trod the high untrespassed sanctity of space, put out my hand and touched the face of god"

I found it completely by accident and was very pleased with it. It's right in the northwest corner of FTX PFJ.

If you have UTXAK, it's fairly well done on that.

Your second shot shows the Alaskan town of Hyder just few southwest of Stewart.  If they don't have a strip, I wonder if they need a passport to enter Canada and depart from the Stewart airport?

According to my FSWidgets map and Google Maps, Hyder is one ridge west of the airport and a little north, while Stewart is east of the airport and a little north. But neither map, when zoomed in, shows any evidence of a town at either location. I 'assumed' the town next to the airport was Stewart. The national border is west of the town, between the town and the map marking for Hyder. But, there is no other airport nearby so your question is valid. I just don't know the answer. And now I am really confused as to where Hyder and Stewart are and what town that is next to Stewart Airport.  Undecided Cheesy Grin
