I open a very while ago a paypal acount ,its still active ,I never gave a bank number account neither credit cards because I don't have them ,just and almost and old  empty saving account .

If I put this into my website as contribution (who knows maybe some one gets happy cause of my airplanes free and drop me a cent a nickle there  and a nickle is better than nothing ) can I buy using this sort of account?  if many get too happy then Id like to buy a shirt in USA and send it here ,can i pay it using paypal?

I don't know nothing about this stuff

I believe you can pay online with your PayPal balance.
Quote from paypal site..
"Pay online with your PayPal balance, bank account, or credit card"

The site you are buying from has to have PayPal, I think.

To get verified they need a bank account number. Any old active account should do. Or open a new bank account with a minimum deposit. You add a bank account by going into your profile. below is a link to Ebay, but it explains verification pretty well and it shows two other options.

http://pages.ebay.com/help/account/paypal-verify.html

If a credit card is a must, it may be something new I haven't heard of yet.

That is a bad setup, so sorry..
The only other thing I can think of is to find a sponsor you TRUST to open an account to accept donations, and leave the money in the paypal account untill you want to buy something online. I'm not sure though.

Some banks close accounts with no activity after 6 or 12 months so you put a dollar in every 6 months to keep it active.

Unfortunately, *Know-it-all*, the double negative doesn't necessarily mean that you know everything...
rather, that you must, at least, know something.

Alrot, as long as you have the finances in your Pay Pal account, you should be able to purchase from a dealer that accepts payments via Pay Pal. The means by which you feed your Pay Pal account is another matter... you may not want to allow others access, especially direct, to your Pay Pal account.

Edit:: Just to clarify what I meant.. All you need is a useless account number. Whomever holds the account would never have access to your PayPal account and you would never transfer any funds out of PayPal except 1 dollar every 6 months or so, to keep it active.  The bank account holder also would never use the account, there is nothing in it to worry about.

Seems that Hugo has made himself King God in a record time. There are leaders through out history who could not get that high with armies of 10's of thousands of men behind them Undecided
I bet too he has a few bank accounts full of that nice stable world wide currency the dollar for when things go south on him.....A bit of do as I say, not as I do  Angry
