I was looking for a CRJ-200 sim and was happy when I found the one offered from Simshack; Regional Jet Collection Vol. 1. I'm a new hire regional pilot and was just about to finish up my 4 weeks of ground school and would have 3 weeks off before heading to simulator to finish up my training. I figured what better way to prep for the real sim than to buy an accurate sim for FSX? Another classmate used this sim and highly recommended it for it's accuracy. I placed the order on October 20th.
I know it's coming from overseas (I live in the US) so I didn't expect to get it immediately. However, I didn't expect them to take 14 days before finally even shipping it! I contacted them 6 days after placing the order to ask if it was shipped yet with no response. I then contacted them again to request a tracking number when I finally received notice that it was shipped 14 days after placing the order. They never once replied to an email and I was unable to find any other way to contact them on their website.
I'd be shocked if I received it before the end of this week, and after that it doesn't matter since I'll then be away for the next 2.5 weeks in sim training.
To say the least, I'm very disappointed with how slow they are to ship and their customer communication. If it was back ordered, or whatever other reason they had, they should communicate with the customer. I highly doubt I'll ever place another order with this company in the future.

Never heard of Simshack but I guess you ordered
this package
made by Feelthere/Wilco? Next time just pay and download it directly from the developer/publisher. Lot faster than having it shipped halfway around the world.
