Looks great. Too bad they don't do FS9 planes anymore. I have all of them.

Carenado's becoming a 'one trick pony'.

I for one am glad that they are remaking this for FSX. Their original V-tail was one of their first releases, and is consequentially quite old now.  Smiley

I am also sad they have stopped making FS9 aircraft, as they were one of the best creators of GA aircraft for FS9.  I would especially like to fly the C340 once it is released.

Don't they eventually issue the new models in FS9 format?

Not that I know of. They dropped FS9 for X-Plane.

As far as I know the last model they did for FS9 was the Cessna 185 Bushplane. Too bad because I would have loved their rendering of the Cessna Caravan.

Oh well, it's progress as they call it. One can't stick to the old things forever I guess...

Very nice looking Bonanza.

Got an answer to my question if they would do any FS9 planes in the future:

Quote:
We will not, sorry.

Here is our press release about it:

"On August 11, 2010 Carenado announced that the company will not release a FS2004 version of our F33A Bonanza and will stop developing FS2004 products.

Tools and techniques we are currently using don’t allow making FS2004 versions of our products with a good quality and performance.

It is sad news for all our FS2004 customers and we sympathize with all of them, but our commitment with high quality and use of new techniques don’t allow delivering  consistent products.

We currently have an ambitious product line for the next months. We are making five aircraft at the same time for FSX and we expect to deliver them in the next months beside new projects in the addon industry."

Carenado

Too bad,

I've been spending my time on programming AI traffic for the last few months and spending my money on other toys lately.

Besides, the Corsair and the P 51 Mustang, the V 35 is definately amongst the sexiest aircraft of all time. Looks like Carenado has some other nice aircraft also. The last aircraft I bought was the F 33. I might have to drop a few bucks on their newest aircraft pretty soon.  Smiley

Semper Fi,

Dave
