...Sully's long-awaited Sub (Seaplane) Tender USS Fulton is ready for download.   The ship is depicted in the moored condition, and can be used as a sub or seaplane tender.  Now all those  new Gato, Balao, Tench and Tambor boats have a place to nest.

It works fine for me so the problem is at your end. Have you tried refreshing your browser? If that doesn't fix it delete your Temp Internet Files.

One of the great things about this model is that sub, seaplane and destroyer tenders all looked just about the same.   This baby can be used in all three roles.
