How do the steering circles of engined and electric Mitsubishi i compare?

The sizes are the same, filling the kei car definition. 147,5 cm wide, 339,5 cm long. 4 doors, decent legroom, 160 cm height.

The engined version has 659 ccm engine as allowed, straight-three, the maximum allowed 63 hp available with turbocharger. The engine is in the rear - there are rear wheel drive and four wheel drive version.

The electric i-MiEV has exact same size, but motors in each 4 wheels.

Does mechanical transmission restrict maneuverability?

At slow speed, curb-to-curb should be the same if they are indeed the same car underneath.

At higher speed, I would imagine the combustion car will have a tighter cornering circle as quite often the electric cars are heavier which will reduce the maneuverability of it.
